Jiangxi Feiran Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Nanchang Vegetable Garden) was officially established in December 2007 with a registered capital of 171.28 million yuan. It covers an area of 10,000 mu. It is a municipal-level leading agricultural enterprise approved by the Nanchang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, supported by the latest agricultural high-tech achievements of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and integrating modern agriculture, tourism agriculture, and agricultural scientific research. It will replace the vegetable bases of Yangzizhou and Chaoyang Farm, forming an agricultural industry chain with the vegetable industry as the pillar, concurrently operating tea, fruits and vegetables, aquaculture, and leisure tourism.

The (Nanchang Vegetable Garden) project developed by the company is located in Changjun, Anyi County, adjacent to the Meiling Scenic Area in Wanli District. The project has a planned area of 10,000 mu, including 5,000 mu of vegetables, 2,000 mu of fruit and tea, 1,500 mu of aquaculture, and 1,500 mu of other land. Since its development, the project has received leadership and care from relevant departments at all levels. Focusing on infrastructure construction, land leveling and improvement, and supporting ditch, canal, and road networks, the company has initially formed an agricultural product production and processing base with standardized production and order-based sales. In 2011, it was rated as a municipal-level leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization; in 2012, it was rated as a provincial-level leading enterprise; in 2013, it was awarded a provincial leisure agriculture demonstration site; and in 2014, it was rated as one of Nanchang's top ten pollution-free vegetable bases.
