市政路面工程分公司是由连云港市市政工程有限公司与南京天印市政材料有限公司共同投资建立的一家沥青混凝土道路面层专业施工企业。公司坐落在大浦化工区开泰路与临洪路交汇处，占地60亩，现有员工60人，其中高级工程师1人，中级专业职称4人，其他人员专业技术人员11人，各类机械操作人员20人，现有摊铺机、压路机、装载机、喷油车、洒水车等各类施工机械13台（辆）。现有的锡通QLB-3000型沥青混凝土搅拌设备，每小时生产能力达到150吨，供应能力可以覆盖方圆50公里，满足连云港沥青道路施工的需要。公司按照国家标准建立沥青混合料试验室，拥有完整的沥青混凝土检测、试验仪器，确保生产的沥青混合料质量符合要求。
