3. 销售目标达成：制定个人销售目标与方案，完成体检套餐、健康管理服务等销售指标；复盘数据，优化跟进策略。
4. 资源整合与推广：联动医疗健康资源助力品牌推广，收集行业动态，为产品服务优化提建议。

二、任职要求
1. 学历要求：大专及以上，市场营销、公共卫生等相关专业优先。
2. 经验要求：2-3年客户开发、销售相关经验；大健康、体检中心、保险健康险领域从业经验者优先（熟悉团检、健康管理产品可放宽）。
3. 能力要求：具备优秀沟通谈判、客户需求把握能力、目标感明确；有团队协作意识与责任心，积极主动，具备市场洞察力。
