岗位职责：
1.全面负麦招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等人力资源全模块工作，确保各项政策与流程的有效落地与持续优化；
2.主导人才梯队建设,负责关键人才的招募、甄选、发展及保留，满足公司业务发展对人才的需求；
3.优化并实施绩效管理与薪酬激励体系，通过有效的目标管理和激励机制，提升组织与个人效能；
4.构建和谐的员工关系与企业文化，处理员工关系事务，防范用工风险，提升团队凝聚力与员工敬业度；
5,进行人力资源数据分析，定期输出人力资源报告，为公司在组织发展、人才决策等方面提供数据支持和建议；
6.指导团队成员的专业工作，并促进其能力提升与发展。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
2.5年以上人力资源工作经验，其中至少2年以上人力资源全模块管理经验；
3.有制造业行业背景者优先；
4.有从0到1搭建或系统性优化人力资源体系的成功经验者优先；
5.熟练掌握招聘、绩效、培训等至少两个核心模块的专业知识与实操技能；
6.沟通协调能力：出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能有效影响业务部门；
7.解决问题能力：逻辑清晰，能敏锐地发现人力资源相关问题，并提出有效的系统性解决方案；
8.责任心与抗压性：责任心强，能承受较强的工作压力，具备多任务处理能力；
9.保密意识：具备极强的保密意识和职业操守；
10.领导潜力：具备团队管理潜质，能激励和培养下属。
