R&F Airport Logistics Park

Guangzhou R&F International Airport Comprehensive Logistics Park Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. The logistics project covers an area of 1,648 mu, with a planned storage area of approximately 1.3 million square meters. Located in the core of Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone, adjacent to the new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and connected to the surrounding Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Airport Expressway Extension, Guangqing Expressway, North Second Ring Expressway, Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway, and Huadu Port Terminal, it forms a three-dimensional transportation network with a dense concentration of regional industries.

Leveraging the convenient transportation network, our company has established a logistics hub based on Baiyun Airport and FedEx, an international cargo transshipment center, a regional distribution center, an import and export trade base, and a simple processing and assembly base. It is a modern, high-standard, and high-efficiency logistics park integrating warehouses, factories, R&D bases, office buildings, commercial areas, and residential areas; it has become a large-scale modern comprehensive international logistics park that the government focuses on developing and supporting, and is an excellent location for developing aviation logistics and regional industrial supporting logistics. On April 17, 2014, the North Zone of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone, constructed and operated by our company, successfully passed national acceptance and will officially commence operations.
