锦州市东蒙水泥有限公司始建于2008年3月，公司位于凌海市双羊镇工业园区。南临京沈高速公路，北临102国道，地处锦州市与凌海市之间，交通便利，运输方便快捷。公司占地面积约80亩，项目总投资1.2亿元人民币，现拥有2条国内先进的生产线，拥有4台3.213M的水泥磨机,4台1200450MM辊压机,5台回转式八嘴包装机,6台自动装车机等先进设备,采用国内一流的挤压联合粉磨工艺技术，规模宏大，整体生产线控制采用集散型计算机控制系统〔DCS），实现了全线自动化控制。自动化程度高，检测手段完备，控制设备先进。项目竣工后可年产普通硅酸盐水泥120万吨，实现年销售收入3亿元人民币，年利税1000万元以上。
公司根据ISO9001:2000版《质量管理体系要求》建立了完整的质量管理体系，现有员工 120 人，专业技术人员14人，大、中、专学历职员30余人，是辽西地区规模*大的水泥粉磨企业
