岗位职责：
1、技术支持：负责瑞萨、必易微、元能芯等工业/电机类 MCU、电机驱动芯片售前技术支持、产品选型与技术推广，对接机器人、小家电、工业自动化等客户；
2、方案设计：针对 BLDC/PMSM 电机场景，输出 FOC 驱动方案、原理图与参考设计，解决 SVPWM、三闭环调速、电流采样、故障保护等核心技术问题；
3、项目跟进：全流程跟进客户项目，协助硬件调试、固件适配、性能优化，推动项目量产；
4、原厂链接：收集客户需求与产品反馈，联动原厂及销售团队。维护技术知识库，同步原厂资料；
5、团队赋能：开展内部产品培训、市场技术宣讲，赋能销售团队。

任职要求：
1、基本要求：本科及以上学历；嵌入式软件、自动化、电子电气等相关专业；良好的沟通表达能力；
2、能力要求：精通嵌入式C语言，至少3年以上MCU软件设计或电机驱动工作经验，深耕 BLDC/PMSM驱动技术，掌握 FOC、PID、无传感器控制、闭环调速等核心算法；独立排查电机抖动、发热、调速异常等软硬件问题；
3、经验要求：具有瑞萨/NXP/英飞凌/峰岹/中微/凌欧等MCU开发和服务经验、电机类终端项目对接经验者优先，熟悉机器人和工控类产品开发者优先。
