China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. It holds the Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Building Construction Engineering, and is capable of undertaking construction of various industrial and civil construction projects, water supply, heating and ventilation, equipment installation, decoration and finishing, fabrication and installation of metal structures and space frames, municipal road and bridge construction, fire protection facilities construction, earthwork excavation and transportation, etc.

Installation Company Development History
The Installation Company is a large-scale backbone branch unit under China Construction Third Engineering Bureau First Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. It is capable of undertaking the construction of mechanical and electrical installation engineering for various general industrial, public utility and public building projects; undertaking all construction at voltage levels of 35KVA and below, and the manufacture and installation of Class I and Class II pressure vessels; undertaking the installation and commissioning of equipment, water supply and drainage, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation, heating and air conditioning, elevators, boiler pressure vessels and various weak current systems for industrial and civil buildings (including comprehensive public buildings, high-rise buildings, high-grade hotels, industrial plants, etc.), as well as the processing, transportation, hoisting, and installation of various steel structure components.
In the mid-to-late twentieth century, the Installation Company, together with its parent company, traveled across the country and played an important role in infrastructure construction in national defense, finance, machinery, electric power, building materials, chemicals, aviation, communications, light industry, etc. Among them, the "Shenzhen Speed" and "New Shenzhen Speed" created in the construction of Shenzhen International Trade Building and Shenzhen Diwang Building became synonymous with the interpretation of reform and opening up.
