一、岗位职责
1.精细化学品原材料采购支持
- 协助完成精细化学品（特种化学品、试剂、中间体等）的日常采购与供应商维护。
- 跟踪关键原材料交期，保障供应链稳定。

2.机械类物料采购与外协加工
- 负责外协加工件、机械零部件等物料的寻源、采购及订单执行。
- 能够识读基本机械图纸，并与技术部门、供应商进行准确的技术沟通与协调。
- 跟踪外协加工进度，确保质量、交期符合生产与研发需求。

3.生产辅助物料与资产采购
- 负责包材、低值易耗品等物料的采购工作。
- 参与新厂房扩建、机械设备等固定资产采购项目，支持公司产能建设。

4.供应商管理
- 开发、评估及维护供应商资源，重点管理机械类与化学品供应商。
- 处理供货异常问题，推动供应商持续改进。

5.成本控制与流程执行
- 协助价格谈判、账务核对与采购成本分析，实现降本目标。
- 熟练操作ERP系统，执行从订单到付款的全流程操作。

二、任职要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，化学类、机械类、材料类相关专业优先。
2、1年以上采购相关经验，有化工行业采购经验或了解化学品特性者更佳。
3、能够独立与技术部门及供应商进行技术沟通。
4、具备基本的供应商开发、谈判与管理能力。
