9) 负责质量人员团队建设，培养团队合作理念，保持团队思想一致；
10) 对下属进行考核、评定，以促使质量员工作积极性与有效性
任职要求：
1) 化学专业本科及以上学历；
2) 熟悉化学品生产工艺流程与品质管控；
3) 熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001质量体系的管理运行；
4) 5年以上品质主管工作经验；
5) 做事细致缜密，具有一定的职业素养；
