1、主导Java生态架构设计与组件选型，统筹后端、数据库及Redis等中间件，搭建高可用系统；

3、转化业务需求为技术方案，协调前后端协作，推动项目落地；
4、负责数据库调优、Docker部署及Linux运维，排查线上问题，保障系统稳定运行；
5、制定研发规范，沉淀技术资产，跟踪前沿技术落地，联动跨部门管控项目进度与风险，确保按时交付。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备4年及以上软件开发实战经验；
2、深入理解Java面向对象编程思想及软件架构设计原理，具备扎实的应用落地能力，精通SpringBoot 等主流后端技术框架；
3、精通MySQL、达梦等关系型数据库及MongoDB非关系型数据库，熟练掌握数据库建模、设计及性能调优全流程；
4、熟练运用HTML、JavaScript、VueJS、ElementUI等技术栈，具备前端页面开发与组件封装能力。
5、熟练掌握Redis缓存、Docker 容器化等技术的部署与应用；
6、具备Linux操作系统基础运维、网络配置及脚本编写能力；
7、具备较强的软件架构设计能力与逻辑分析能力，对技术研究与创新有强烈热情；
8、备技术团队带领经验，或作为核心技术骨干主导过大型项目的全生命周期研发；
9、拥有开源项目贡献履历或技术博客专栏者优先考虑。
