岗位职责：
1.负责完成开发经理所安排的开发任务包括：功能模块设计（功能流程设计和数据库设计）、代码实现及版本发布；
2.负责完成所编写代码单元测试及BUG修复，并对开发质量进行自检；
3.协助开发经理或架构师完成项目系统设计工作，包括架构设计和组件设计；
4.协助开发经理完成项目的技术预研工作和技术难点攻关；
5.参与系统分析及系统设计评审，提出合理化意见；

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业优先；
2.具备2年以上JAVA项目开发经验，有过大型项目经验或者熟悉阿里领域设计优先；
3.精通Java、Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis、JVM等，具备微服务架构实践经验；
4.掌握RabbitMQ、Kafka等消息队列；
5.熟悉Mysql、PostgreSQL关系型数据库，了解索引、事务、锁机制等原理；
6.熟悉CI/CD流程，熟练使用Git、Maven、Docker、K8s等工具；
7.熟悉软件开发流程，有代码版本控制，系统整合，问题追踪修复等经验；
8.思路清晰，善于沟通和思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，做事细心、有恒心和毅力、具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
