3、了解常见分布式开源框架的原理（Redis、Kafka、MQ等）、分布式系统设计、分布式缓存、消息等，并有一定的实践经验。

4、对互联网或分布应用开发的新潮流有关注，乐于学习和尝试新技术，追求编写优雅的代码。

5、积极主动、有较强的责任心和学习能力。
