About the Company

长春市中医院是市属一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的三级甲等中医院。医院成立于1954年，前身为位于重庆路7号的长春市中医门诊部。当时设有内科、妇科、针灸科及2个医技科室，职工27名。1957年医院建立制剂室，开始自制中药，当时设备简陋全部手工操作。1958年，经长春市人民政府批准扩建,将长春市中医门诊部改为长春市中医院，设住院部（位于原斯大林大街16号）和门诊部（重庆路7号），开设病床50张，实际开放病床80-100张，增设了中医外科、骨科、儿科等科室，由长春四大名医之一段英廉任院长。1971年10月，长春市中医院接收了位于曙光路17号的大楼(医院现址)长春市工人疗养院和部分人员，改为长春市卫生学校附属中医院。
