宁波中意液压马达有限公司创建于1971年，是一家专业从事液压马达和液压传动装置研发、生产、销售的国家高新技术企业。
公司建有两大生产基地和一家研究所。其中浙江宁波生产基地占地面积44000多平方米；安徽芜湖生产基地占地面积80000多平方米；设立在山西太原的液压高科技术研究所，主要从事高性能液压元件、先进电液控制系统的研发。
