公司现有员工100多人，铸造和机加工专业技术人员12人，检验人员7名，铸造设备50多台套（250公斤中频炉两套）；机加工设备20多台套（其中C6150发那科系统数控4台，C630发那科系统数控2台,专业英国产气动攻牙机2台）；厂房占地面积6000多平方米。
公司已形成阀门铸造和加工为主的生产能力及质控能力；材质涉及：美标CF8M、CF8、CA15、WCB、WCC、LCC;德标1.4408，1.4308，1.0619，日标SCS13,SCS14等，能生产*大单件重量达300公斤的铸件。
公司拥有意大利纳克Lab-spark75光谱，LDS-100型数控显拉压试验机，HB-3000布氏硬度计，水压试验机（63mpa）等试验分析设备，建立了分析室，量具室，检验室；通过了由上海莱茵（TUV）认证的ISO9001：2000及PED质保体系
