1、大学本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化(机械)专业或相关专业。
2、熟悉机械设备的结构设计、机械零部件的设计及机械加工工艺，具有非标设备研发的能力，包括制定技术方案，产品设计，解决关键技术问题。
3、熟练使用三维设计软件、Pro/E（Creo）绘图软件者优先；
4、良好的计算机应用能力；
5、积极乐观、认真负责，具有较好的独立解决问题能力;
6、有良好的组织纪律和服从意识，执行力强。
