公司位于宿州市经济技术开发区金泰南路28号，公司成立于2007年6月份，规划装机总容量5万千瓦，分期建设。一期工程建设2台12.5MW秸秆发电机组，动态总投资约2.9亿元人民币，两台机组分别于2008年8月1日和12月7日投产发电。公司是中国华电集团公司、华电国际电力股份有限公司下属*个利用纯秸秆直燃发电项目，设计燃料包括玉米、小麦、棉花等农作物秸杆和树皮、枝条等农林废弃物，年利用农作物秸秆及农林废弃物40万吨。
