任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、理工科相关专业，2年以上Java后端开发实战经验；
2、扎实掌握Java基础语法与核心特性，熟练掌握常用设计模式、基础算法，编码规范、代码功底扎实；
3、精通SpringBoot微服务开发原理及实战应用，具备完整的后端项目开发经验；
4、熟悉MySQL、Oracle数据库原理，熟练编写各类SQL语句，具备数据库设计、日常维护能力；
5、熟练使用IDEA、Eclipse、Maven、Git等主流开发及项目管理工具；
6、熟悉常用缓存机制，具备大数据量批量处理、数据库性能调优经验者优先；
7、有理财系统、基金系统、资管TA系统开发落地经验者优先；
8、具备良好的逻辑思维、文字整理及沟通协作能力，学习能力强，工作认真负责、积极主动，抗压性良好。
