一、岗位职责

1. 负责智能消防系统Java后端核心模块开发，重点覆盖云平台前后端开发、消防移动APP前后端开发、物联网终端联动功能，能独立完成需求分析、技术方案落地、代码编写及单元测试，确保模块功能符合消防业务场景。
2. 参与消防业务需求讨论，配合团队细化开发方案，衔接前端（iOS/Android）开发团队，解决接口适配问题，保障前后端数据交互顺畅；及时修复开发及测试阶段出现的bug，跟踪缺陷解决全流程，确保功能稳定交付。
3. 遵循团队编码规范，参与Code Review，把控代码质量；配合技术团队优化智能消防相关功能，如设备数据实时同步、报警信息精准推送，提升系统运行效率与用户体验；协助整理开发文档，包括开发设计、接口说明，保障开发流程规范。

二、任职要求

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、物联网工程等相关专业；对物联网领域、智能消防方向有浓厚兴趣者优先。
2. 技能基础：精通Java编程语言，熟练运用Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，熟悉MySQL数据库操作与SQL优化；熟悉mule ESB优先；
3. 具备前后端全栈开发能力，熟练使用VUE进行前端开发，熟悉iOS或Android前端开发者优先。
4. 能力与态度：积极主动，能独立负责整个模块或功能开发；具备良好的沟通协作能力与问题解决能力，能快速响应开发需求；有责任心，注重代码规范，可适应阶段性项目攻坚，愿意主动学习消防业务知识（如设备联动逻辑、报警规则等）。
