吉林建筑工程学院城建学院位于吉林省省会长春市，始建于2000年6月，是2004年经国家教育部首批确认的一所为城市建设和城市发展领域培养城市规划、城市建筑、城市管理各行业高级工程、技术应用型人才的独立学院。2008年经吉林省学位委员会首批批准获得学位授予权。学院现占地面积23万平方米，规划预留地12万平方米，拥有现代化的教学设施与完善的教学设备以及被省教育厅评定为标准化的学生公寓和学生食堂。
