玉溪矿业医院（总院）新址建于2006年，位于太极路玉溪一中对面， 占地面积8.43亩（主楼占地4.14亩，建筑面积5520平方米；附楼占地4.29亩，建筑面积6000多平方米，业务用房总建筑面积近10000平方米。医院发展经历了自主经营、与三甲医院合作经营的过程。目前，是红塔区区域内一所综合性企业办医疗机构，业务开展覆盖常见病、多发病。编制床位99张，与玉溪市人民医院联合后实际开放300张。
