董秘办工作人员工作职责：
1.合规组织董秘办组织召开公司股东会、董事会及对董事会各专门会议；
2.协助董秘办编制公司年度报告、中期报告等定期报告；
3.负责三会准备文件、决议、原始记录文件及有关公告文件整理归档工作；
4.协助董秘处理证券管理机构、中介机构、投资者的关系，保护股东合法权益；
5.配合接受有关证券监管部门的巡查和审计工作；
6.完成董事会秘书交付的其他任务；
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，法律、金融、经济法和证券相关专业；
2.一年以上工作经验；(优秀毕业生可放宽条件）
3.掌握金融、经济法、证券专业知识，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；
4.性格开朗积极，有良好的执行力、学习力、以及沟通协调能力和分析能力
5、有较强的沟通能力，对宏观经济及新能源行业了解且有一定独立观点
