Job Summary
We are looking fan experienced Warehouse Manager Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse logistics operations, including 3PL coordination, warehouse negotiation, global logistics distribution planning execution. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, shipping/receiving, process improvements, maintain strong working relationships with warehouse logistics partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure efficientder fulfillment, inventory accuracy, service level compliance.
Negotiate warehouse rates, service terms, operational agreements with warehouse logistics vendors.
Monitwarehouse performance, productivity, cost efficiency.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts reconciliation.
Work with internal teams to forecast space, labor, shipping needs.
Resolve operational issues related to warehouse, transportation, fulfillment.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, company standards.
Identify implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce cost.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience.
5+ years of proven experience in warehouse management logistics operations.
Strong experience working with 3PL partners.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with warehouse/vendors on pricing service terms.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, distribution processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership skills.
Proficient in warehouse systems ERP/WMS tools is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in contract negotiation with logistics/warehouse providers.
Ability to analyze warehouse costs operational KPIs.
Experience in process improvement cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to execute excel in high-pacedganization
Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines multiple priorities
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
None required. APICS certification preferred.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience with Microsoft Office to include Intermediate Excel, Word PowerPoint.
