Chengdu Chengde Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional producer of open die forgings and engaged in machining. It was founded in 2004 and is located in Xindu district of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, P.R.China.The company has more than 160 employees including 30 technical specialists and engineers. It covers an area of 38000 sqm inclusive of 4 plants which are the hydraulic press plant, plant for minitype forgings, plant for rolled rings, and the product plant. Our company has 40 sets equipment, which takes the 2000MT hydraulic press, the 2MT air hammer, the 4MT electricity liquid hammer, the D53K-5000 horizontal ring rolling machine as the main equipment.We can duly produce all shape of forgings with high quality used in the field of water generator, thermal power, nuclear power, wind generator, metallurgy, pressure vessel and ship. Our products are mainly supplied to the large machinery factory at home and foreign clients in USA, UK, Germany, India, Australia, Israel, Spain, Turkey and other countries.Chengde is developing constantly. We met the requirement of ISO 9001:2000 in May, 2005. Then our D53K-5000 horizontal ring rolling machine had started producing in 2008. The annual export quantity is 20000MT in 2007, 15000MT in 2008.
