本公司依托杜尔化工（大连）有限公司研究所这一科研机构的技术支持，拥有“杜尔低温催化裂解废旧轮胎设备及工艺”技术的使用权。为使公司集团化、规模化发展，并*终将企业建成世界上规模*大的高分子垃圾处理延伸应用的集团化企业，公司已于2008年成立了国内*家生产型样板厂辽宁杜尔环保科技有限公司，生产厂坐落于辽宁静脉工业产业园，占地30多亩。目前该样板厂已完成初期建设，现已进入设备调试阶段。
