（一）岗位职责

3.专业能力：精通 Dart 语言与 Flutter 框架，熟悉 Flutter 的状态管理（Provider、GetX、Bloc 等）、路由管理、网络请求（Dio 等）及原生交互（MethodChannel）；了解 iOS、Android 原生开发基础，能独立解决 Flutter 跨端适配、性能优化、兼容性问题；熟悉 APP 上架流程（iOS App Store、Android 应用市场），了解客户端测试方法与性能监控工具。67
