公司创建于一九七九年，原为省轻工第二机械厂，后更名为福建省轻工业安装公司轻纺机械厂，主要生产制糖专业设备和轻工、化工、造纸、纺织、陶瓷、医药行业的配套设备。在各级压力容器安全监察行政部门的帮助和指导下，通过自身的努力，建立了压力容器制造质量保证体系并有效运行，于87年4月取得设计、制造Ⅰ、Ⅱ类压力容器资格。
