岗位职责：
1、合规体系搭建与维护：持续跟踪《食品安全法》及 GB 7718、GB 28050、GB 2760 等核心标准动态，建立法规数据库并定期更新；牵头制定企业合规制度、操作流程及应急预案，搭建覆盖研发、采购至售后的全链条管理体系，定期评估优化体系缺陷。
2、全流程风险防控：建立风险识别机制，定期排查原辅料采购、生产控制、标签标注等环节风险，针对添加剂使用、致病菌管控等高风险领域开展专项评估；牵头处置抽检不合格、监管调查等突发事件，推动风险闭环整改。
3、审核与监督执行：审核供应商资质及现场合规性，建立供应商档案与淘汰机制；监督生产过程合规执行，巡查关键控制点达标情况；审核产品标签、宣传资料，确保符合法规要求；跟踪抽检结果，按规执行不合格产品召回与处置。
4、培训与监管对接：培训一位业务人员，维护与市场监管、卫健等部门的沟通，配合检查并出具合规报告。
5、专项合规支持：负责企业标准的申请与变更，支持新产品合规评估；为商业团队提供市场准入建议，响应客户合规咨询与评估需求。
任职资格：
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，食品科学、生物工程、农业科学等相关专业优先；持有 ISO 22000 内审员、HACCP 体系认证者优先。
2、工作经验：5 年以上大型食品企业合规 / QA 管理经验，8 年以上经验或世界 500 强从业经历者优先；有功能食品认证、重大舆情处置经验者优先。
3、专业能力：精通食品安全核心法规与标准，能独立完成风险评估与体系搭建；具备标签审核、供应商审计等实操能力，有跨部门协调经验。
