Beijing Huiyuan Beverage & Food Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and is a modern large-scale enterprise group specializing in fruit juice and fruit juice beverages. China Huiyuan Juice Group Co., Ltd., spun off from Beijing Huiyuan Group, was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2007.
Over the nearly 18 years since its establishment, Huiyuan Group has created more than 40 modern factories in 22 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country, connected over 5 million mu of premium, standardized fruit production bases, established a sales and service network covering nearly the entire country, and built a nationwide industrialized juice operation system.
Huiyuan Group possesses over 180 world-class production lines for fruit processing and beverage filling. Technologies and processes such as cold crushing in fruit pulp processing, ultrafiltration in concentrate juice processing, UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization in beverage filling, and aseptic cold filling are all at a leading position. Comprehensive quality, safety, and environmental management systems including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO22000, OHSAS18000, and ISO14001 have been established and implemented, along with system certifications. Huiyuan pure juice and medium-concentration juice beverages hold a leading market share nationally, with concentrate juice, fruit pulp, and some finished juice products exported to over 30 countries and regions across 5 continents.
Huiyuan Group pioneered the development of China's modern juice industry, led a new healthy lifestyle trend in juice consumption in China, and drove the development of the juice industry. It has consumed large quantities of fruit resources, increased farmers' incomes, helped millions of farmers achieve a moderately prosperous life, and promoted the development of fruit cultivation, processing, and related industries. It has cumulatively paid over 3 billion yuan in taxes and donated over 200 million yuan in funds and materials to social welfare and charity causes.
