岗位主要职责：
1、负责按照研发规范与研发流程完成团队业务需求的开发，保证按时按质交付测试、验收与上线；
2、负责持续优化产品性能、用户体验、交互效果及各种主流浏览器的兼容适配工作，保证产品运行时质量；
3、负责配合业务要求，完成系统或项目日常维护与重构工作，保证可以更好的支撑业务迭代，完成业务目标；
4、与UED团队配合做好用户视觉与交互体验还原度工作，保证用户体验质量；
5、与前端团队，架构团队，工程化团队配合完成架构调整，工程化落地以及组件化服务对接，保证研发规范与研发流程的优化与完善工作。

任职要求：
一、工作经验：3年以上项目开发工作经验。
二、专业知识：
1、具备扎实的Java基础知识；
2、熟练使用Spring,SpringCloud进行日常开发并了解其工作原理；
3、熟练使用开发中用到版本管理工具，项目构建工具等；
4、熟练使用MySQL,Oracle等常见关系数据库进行日常开发和数据统计；
5、熟练使用RabbitMQ,Kafka等常见消息队列，并了解其原理；
6、熟练使用Redis等缓存中间件，并了解其原理。
7、对于AI有基础认知，有实际AI应用场景案例优先考虑。
8、对于测试、WEB都有了解，愿意学习这两个方向。
三、岗位技能：
1、有独立的项目开发维护设计经验；
2、具备独立分析定位解决项目问题的能力。
四、综合素质：
1、具备良好任务执行能力和团队协作能力，沟通理解能力和责任心；
2、具备良好的学习创新和抗压能力。
