岗位职责：
(1)结合公司发展战略，协助编制年度合规工作计划；
(2)协助健全并完善公司合规管理制度体系；
(3)协助完善公司合规风险管控流程与机制，监督合规机制的有效运行；
(4)对公司及下属单位组织开展合规风险识别、监测，对重大风险隐患实施专项评估；
(5)负责组织开展合规检查，对违规或存在风险的事项进行调查与处置，提出改进意见并监督合规整改的落实；
(6)为公司及下属单位提供合规咨询，组织实施合规培训。
岗位要求：
(1)药学、法学、财务、审计等相关专业，本科以上学历，具有法律职业资格、注册会计师、企业合规师等从业资格者优先；
(2)熟悉医药行业经营模式及相关政策法规，具备3年以上医药企业合规从业经历或相关工作经验，有集团型医药企业、知名外资医药企业或政府工作背景者优先；
(3)具有较强的学习和抗压能力、良好的文字功底及沟通协调能力；
(4)具备良好的职业道德与敬业精神，原则性强，客观公正。
