I. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Shanghai Pharma adheres to innovative development, continuously increasing R&D investment and accelerating innovation transformation. In 2024, the company's total R&D investment reached RMB 2.818 billion, accounting for 11.88% of industrial sales revenue, of which R&D expenses were RMB 2.394 billion, a year-on-year increase of 8.64%.

In 2024, the company's innovative drug pipeline achieved breakthrough progress, with three indications of I001 in the middle-to-late stages of clinical trials. Among them, the NDA application for the hypertension indication was accepted by the CDE in April 2024. The B001 injection, used for treating neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), formally entered key clinical research in 2024. The B007 injection initiated studies on three indications in 2024: membranous nephropathy, myasthenia gravis, and pemphigus.
