★Positions and Salaries
Senior High Department: Subject teachers, monthly salary 10,000-20,000 yuan;
Junior High Department: Subject teachers, monthly salary 8,000-15,000 yuan;
Primary Department: Subject teachers, monthly salary 6,000-12,000 yuan;
Kindergarten: Kindergarten teachers, monthly salary 6,000-10,000 yuan;
Sports and Martial Arts Coaches: monthly salary 6,000-10,000 yuan.
Note: The school provides five social insurances and professional title evaluation for all appointees; the school's Happy Classroom Teaching Reform is divided into six levels, with a monthly salary increase of 300 yuan for each level advancement, reaching 2,000 yuan monthly increase at level six; Meritorious Teachers receive monthly salary increases of 2,000 yuan, 4,000 yuan, or 6,000 yuan based on their contributions; the school holds annual experience exchange meetings on caring for every student and homeroom teacher work, with award-winning teachers receiving a monthly salary increase of 200 yuan. Teachers with a master's degree receive a monthly salary increase of 1,000 yuan, and those from 211 universities receive a monthly increase of 2,000 yuan.

★Application Requirements
Applicants for teaching positions must be graduates of full-time normal education, with some teaching practice experience (including fresh graduates), dedicated to their work, with noble professional ethics, good health, and strong professional competence. Kindergarten teachers must have a college degree or above in early childhood education and be no older than 35; primary school teachers must have a bachelor's degree or above and be no older than 45 (women no older than 40); junior high and senior high department teachers must have a bachelor's degree and be no older than 55 (women no older than 50); physical education teachers with martial arts or football specialties are preferred.

★Application Methods
1. Campus job fairs: Applicants bring their employment recommendation letter, academic transcript, tripartite agreement, and other materials for on-site interviews. Those who pass will sign an employment agreement.
2. Social recruitment: Applicants send their resume, ID card, graduation certificate, professional title certificate, teacher qualification certificate, award certificates, and other document copies, along with mailing address and contact phone number, to the Personnel Section of Jiangxi Xishan School (or send electronic files to email: 2231496835@*).
