Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2019.
Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group was founded in July 1995 and has now developed into an innovative pharmaceutical group integrating chemical and biological drug research, pharmaceutical intermediates and API synthesis, formulation manufacturing, and product sales. It is one of the earliest national key high-tech enterprises in China and one of the leading domestic R&D and production bases for anti-tumor and psychotropic drugs. In 2017, it ranked 22nd on the "Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry Enterprises" list, and "Hansoh" is a "China Well-Known Trademark".
Hansoh attaches great importance to new drug R&D. The Hansoh Research Institute, located at the Lianyungang headquarters, has a total construction area of 35,000 square meters, housing multiple R&D departments including chemistry, biology, formulation development, process, pharmacology and toxicology, and pilot-scale production. It is a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, equipped with a post-doctoral research workstation, a provincial academician workstation, and a high-tech biological drug research laboratory, among other technology platforms. The company has established a medicinal chemistry development center in Shanghai and a drug intelligence center and analytical laboratory in New Jersey, USA. Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the company has undertaken numerous major projects including the "National Major New Drug Innovation Program", the "863 Program", and the "National Innovation Fund". A number of national Class 1.1 new drugs with independent intellectual property rights have been launched to the market in recent years. In 2015, it was rated the 3rd most innovative pharmaceutical enterprise in China. Hansoh Pharmaceutical has been ranked among the top three "Best Pharmaceutical Industrial Enterprises for R&D Product Lines in China" for three consecutive years.
Hansoh's factories are equipped with internationally advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, lean manufacturing processes, and strict quality management systems aligned with international standards. Some APIs and formulation products have passed FDA certification and are exported to dozens of countries and regions in Europe, America, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
Hansoh has built a nationwide sales network and a professional marketing team. Hundreds of academic activities are organized by Hansoh each year. The group headquarters has established an academic center and consultation hotlines, providing an academic exchange platform for tens of thousands of clinical physicians nationwide and offering drug consultation and product services to patients.
