3.AI 协同开发：高效利用 AI 编程助手提升开发效率，并具备审查、理解和重构 AI 生成代码的能力，确保代码质量、可维护性和健壮性。
4.高效沟通：具备出色的多维度沟通能力——能够通过清晰的 Prompt 与 AI 协作，通过高质量的代码和文档与团队协作，并通过卓越的产品与用户沟通。

必备要求
1.卓越的工程能力：拥有在 Apple 平台上构建复杂、高性能应用的深厚经验。深入理解 UIKit 和 SwiftUI，能根据业务场景做出*佳技术选型。
2.C++ 桥接能力：具备强大的 C++ 桥接能力，能够无缝连接底层 C++ 引擎与上层 Swift/Objective-C 应用逻辑。
3.系统级视野：对 iOS/visionOS 系统有深刻理解，在性能优化、内存管理、多线程和功耗控制方面有丰富的实战经验。
4.AI 协同思维：对 AI 辅助编程工具抱有极大热情，并拥有丰富的实际使用经验，能清晰阐述 AI 工具如何优化您的开发流程。

核心加分项
1.端侧模型部署：熟悉 Core ML、MLX 或其他端侧推理框架，有实际的模型部署和优化经验。
