徐州天成氯碱有限公司成立于2004年，座落在江苏省徐州市沛县龙固工业园区，由无锡益多投资发展有限公司投资建设。项目投资10亿元，占地1201亩，建设规模为年产10万吨离子膜烧碱，5000吨/年白炭黑，10万吨聚氯乙烯及配套建设3×1.2万千瓦热电机组。该项目采用世界上*先进的离子膜法生产工艺，主要设备均由国外进口，在全国同行业中具有领先水平，公司下辖4个厂，7个部门，现有员工近500人。
