Green Charm Bioengineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Green Charm Group) was established in 2003, with its headquarters located in Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (Changsha National Biological Industry Base), with registered capital of 100 million yuan. It has 14 major subsidiaries, 13 national branches, 6 major planting bases, and 3 major production bases. Its main products cover more than 100 products including health food series, skincare series, daily necessities series, and healthy lifestyle series, and it owns three sub-brands: "Yunyisheng", "Lvyun Lanqian", and "Xiangju", with a sales network covering most provinces and cities across the country. Since its establishment, Green Charm Group has always adhered to the development philosophy of "product-oriented", and all its launched products closely revolve around the concepts of green, natural, health, and wellness. With an industry-university-research integration model, it has successively reached strategic cooperation with research institutes and higher education institutions such as Nanjing University, Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and Hunan Agricultural University. It has formed a product research team centered on a large number of authoritative experts and professors such as Zhou Honghao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Professors Zeng Zhaoqi and Zhang Yuanzhen, the father of Chinese spirulina, with strong innovative research and development capabilities. Green Charm series products have passed multiple international authoritative certifications in China: health food GMP certification, ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, and ISO22000:2005 food safety management system certification. In 2010, Green Charm Group obtained the 26th direct selling business license nationwide and in the central and western regions issued by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China; in 2013, it obtained the enterprise franchise chain operation license from the Ministry of Commerce.
