It is an intellectually intensive enterprise with independent legal person status, possessing Grade A qualifications for supervision of building construction and municipal public works, Grade B qualifications for supervision of mechanical and electrical installation engineering and civil air defense engineering, and also undertakes engineering agency construction and project management. In 2007 and 2009, the company was rated as a "AAA Credit Engineering Supervision Enterprise in Wuhan Area," was recognized by the Hubei Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "Contract-abiding and Credit-honoring Enterprise" for consecutive years, and was rated as an advanced supervision enterprise in Hubei Province and Wuhan City for 15 consecutive years.
