Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Industrial Bank) was established in August 1988, with its head office located in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. It is one of the first batch of joint-stock commercial banks approved by the State Council and the People's Bank of China, and also China's first Equator Bank. It was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 5, 2007 (stock code: 601166).
