一、岗位核心职责
制造业核心系统全栈开发
负责中控系统、数据大屏系统等面向制造业的核心产品的前后端开发、测试与部署上线。
参与从需求分析到技术方案设计的全过程，能独立完成功能模块的代码实现、单元测试及相关技术文档编写。
对现有系统进行性能调优与稳定性保障，解决线上故障，确保生产系统的稳定高效运行。
工业数据集成与处理
负责通过 OPC UA、MQTT 、Modbus TCP等工业协议进行生产设备（如PLC、机器人、传感器）数据的采集、清洗、存储与展示。
参与开发设备数据中台，构建实时数据流处理管道，支持生产状态的实时监控与决策。
实现MES、ERP等信息系统与生产现场系统之间的数据互通，如工单任务同步、报警反馈等。
技术架构演进与运维支持
参与系统底层和重要模块的设计，解决开发过程中的技术难题与系统优化。
参与技术评审，协助制定开发规范，并关注业界新技术发展，推动技术进步和创新。
二、任职资格要求
技术栈匹配：
后端：精通 Java 语言及生态系统，熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等核心框架。熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库的设计与SQL优化。
前端：熟练掌握 Vue 框架及其核心生态（如 Vuex/Vue Router、Vue CLI、Element-UI/Ant Design Vue 等），能够构建复杂、高性能的前端应用。
工业与中间件：具备MQTT、OPC UA、Modbus TCP等工业物联网协议的实际应用经验。熟悉 Redis 等缓存技术，熟悉常用消息中间件。
经验与能力：
具备制造业、工业互联网、智能工厂、数据可视化大屏（如使用ECharts、Three.js）等相关领域项目经验者优先，学历要求硕士及以上，特别优秀的可放宽至本科。
具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力和文档编写能力，并能适应项目性的出差或驻场开发需求。
