The company is an international engineering company with full-process contracting and full-process management capabilities for engineering construction, capable of providing integrated project construction solutions and engineering services. The company holds a Grade A comprehensive engineering design qualification and multiple Grade A qualifications in engineering consulting, engineering supervision, engineering cost consulting, and construction project environmental impact assessment, and enjoys the right to conduct foreign engineering consulting, engineering design, and engineering contracting. It is among the first engineering companies to obtain the national AAA credit enterprise qualification. For more than sixty years, the company has made outstanding contributions to the development and take-off of China's chemical industry, achieving fruitful results in the field of engineering science and technology. It has cumulatively completed more than 2,000 large and medium-sized design projects and over 100 engineering general contracting projects both domestically and overseas, with business covering 31 provinces and municipalities in China and more than 20 countries and regions worldwide. The company has been listed for many consecutive years in the ENR/China Construction Times ranking of China's Top 80 Contractors. In 2019, it ranked 33rd in the China Survey and Design Association's ranking by completed contract value for engineering general contracting, 13th in the ranking by completed contract value for overseas engineering general contracting, and 66th in the ranking by completed contract value for engineering project management.
