昆明国有资产管理有限公司成立于2010年1月，市政府授权成立的国有独资工资。公司主要职责：在市委市政府授权范围内对政府投资形成的国有资产实施经营和运营管养维护，国有资产的保值、增值的国有独资企业。开展的业务有：桥梁、隧道、道路、城市绿化维护管养、路内停车泊位经营管理、物业管理以及公司自筹资金投资建设的路内泊位停车智能化收费系统、城市停车诱导系统、机械式立体停车库、公租房及农贸市场等，以及建成后的运营和管理。现有下属全资子公司5个、控股公司6个、参股公司2个。
