周口理工职业学院内设大专部和中专部，大专部面向全国招生，名称为周口理工职业学院；中专部面向全省招生，名称为周口联营职业学校。周口联营职业学校已创建16年，校区位于周口市东新区职教园区，占地516亩，全日制在校生3100余人。2013年被省教育厅、人社厅、财政厅和发改委评为河南省职业教育特色学校，2014年被省教育厅批准为河南省中职教育数字化校园建设试点单位。目前，周口联营职业学校正在申报升格为周口理工职业学院。
