【工作内容】
1、负责原材料加工现场的安全隐患排查与治理，监督危险作业审批及管控措施落实；
2、主导环境管理体系运行，监控三废排放指标，组织环保设施维护及合规性自查；
3、策划并实施全员安全培训与应急演练，提升员工职业健康意识及事故应急处置能力；
4、对接政府监管部门完成年度安全评价、环评验收及各类证照的申报与年审工作；
5、建立 EHS 管理台账，定期分析安全数据，编制专项报告并推动隐患整改闭环。
6、现场安全隐患排查与整改、每天巡检记录并通报；工伤预防与处理。员工安全教育等。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程或化工相关专业，持有注册安全工程师证优先；
2、熟悉国家安全生产及环境保护法律法规，具备原材料加工行业 EHS 管理经验三年以上；
3、精通风险分级管控与隐患排查双重预防机制，能独立编制应急预案及管理制度；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和文字表达能力，能适应工厂一线巡查及弹性工作时间；
5、原则性强，对安全隐患零容忍，具备较强的数据分析能力及突发事件处理素养。

兼任公司行政部分工作。
