钢研社区卫生服务站是按照规划设立的非营利性基层医疗卫生服务机构，实行以健康为中心、社区为半径、需求为导向的服务宗旨。建立集预防保健、全科医疗、中医康复治疗、健康教育为主的综合性、低成本、方便群众的卫生服务体系。主要服务于集团公司职工、家属及社区群众。服务项目除常见多发病的全科诊治外，还大力开展了汤剂、针灸、罐疗、刮痧、正骨按摩等传统中医诊疗以及口腔诊疗服务。除此之外，还承担着集团公司补充医疗，以及政府要求的基本公共卫生服务工作，包括慢性病管理，家庭医生签约，老年人健康管理，传染病管理等基本公共卫生服务和社区卫生服务工作，为居民提供便捷、有效的健康保障。
