赤峰蒙欣药业有限公司前身是赤峰制药厂制剂分厂，2001年11月按公司法的要求规范改组为公司制企业。2003年在市委市政府的支持下引入上海实业投资，成为A股上市公司--上实医药旗下完全独立运营的骨干企业。2010年3月，上实医药经资产重组成立“新上药”，即上海医药集团控股有限公司，蒙欣药业现已成为“新上药”成员企业。公司现有员工近1500人，其中专业技术人员140多人，销售人员近700人。截止2018年底，公司总资产2.9亿元，年销售收入6.8亿元，利税总额近4000万元，已发展成为集医药生产、药品批发（雷蒙公司）和零售连锁（雷蒙大药房）于一体的医药大型综合性集团公司。
