本辅导班于二零零九年五月成立，因学生人数渐增，所以目前需要招聘优秀教师共同发展。小学教育专业及相关专业优先，*好能讲大课，数学，书法及写作方面优秀者请与我联系。工资待遇：底薪+课时费+奖金。 本辅导班负责中小学各科的课后辅导，要求教师一定认真负责，在辅导孩子完成作业之后，要帮助孩子进行下节课的预习，并准确掌握还子学习的薄弱环节，抓住知识点讲清楚讲透彻。教师一旦录用，会根据学校招生人数给予一定奖励。
