我校始建于2002年，上属单位为秦皇岛诚拓航空服务有限公司。是专业为机场招聘、教育、培训、储备初高级航空服务人才的一所学校。学校占地面积七公顷，建筑面积12700平方米，学校设有教学区、体育运动区、生活区。教学软硬件设施一应俱全。我校现有老师20于人。随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国正在成为世界民航大国，民航以快速、安全而立于其它交通工具之首。特别是2009年经国务院批准，在秦皇岛市昌黎龙家店建设民用机场，更给我公校就业提供更多机遇。
