To you who are reading this information:

All human resource management books tell us that recruitment information should be serious, rational, and free of any other color promotional material. But today, we want to express our thoughts on "personnel" in a different way, hence this "preface", hoping to give you a deeper understanding of our team.

Since its establishment in 2000, Verse Design has completed projects across the country and even overseas. Our design team is characterized by youth and high education levels. Designers with master's degrees or above account for 38%, and those with overseas study or work experience, as well as foreign designers, make up 34% of the team.

We are delighted to see that over the past ten years, this team has made tremendous progress both professionally and managerially.

Like a small seed that sprouts and grows, it is now thriving with lush branches and leaves.

But we still yearn for another leap of rapid growth. Besides the "right timing" and "geographical advantage", what matters more is "harmony among people". We have been striving for this all along!

We have hired a skilled cook to provide delicious and clean working meals;
Working in an independent garden villa, no need to squeeze into elevators, and occasionally play badminton in the courtyard;
When it gets hot, we enjoy some watermelon in the afternoon to cool down;
On weekends, we might have a casual gathering, sing karaoke, and let loose;

Of course, there are still many areas to improve, and we will keep working hard!
But you should be able to feel our sincerity!

Rational Introduction

Verse Design Co., Ltd. is a systematic integrated real estate development service team assembled by professional architects and planners from home and abroad.

The company takes real estate project planning as its leading business, engaging in urban design, urban planning, architectural design and research. Its expertise lies in market research and rational analysis as guidance, while incorporating humanistic spirit and architectural art in spatial design. The company begins its operations from early land acquisition, participating in the preparation of real estate development briefs, providing comprehensive professional services from a real estate development perspective across various processes such as land operation, spatial planning, architectural design, sales planning, and interior design, thereby enhancing projects with rational thinking while meeting aesthetic requirements of spatial form.

Through this design platform, the company has gathered a group of well-coordinated international strategic partners and professional design consultants, such as Germany's HMA Architects, America's GLC Commercial Architecture Design, Dayun International Interior Design, Hanxiang International Landscape Design, America's BPI Lighting Design, and Jindali Real Estate Planning and Sales Agency, among others, working together to elevate the project's planning and design level and market feasibility.
